My two main working areas have been communication and change management.
I adapt my coaching approach to the needs of my clients by including a systemic view and offering
stress reducing or stress preventing methods that are easily to apply in daily work and life.
Based on a systemic approach, and my extensive coaching experinece,I have dealt with specific settings
such as outsourcing projects in multinational companies, leadership training in the banking and oil industry,
but also accompanying expatriates and their families.
I have supported top management leaders at both a strategic and practical level – identifying their strengths,
their levers and thus facilitating the steps necessary for the leader, their team, and their organisation in order to reach excellence.
Within these projects, working on the leaders integrity has become a core element of success.
