We are confrontated with situations in which we have to react
and decide in a flexible and quick way.
We analyze the political, economic, cultural elements of a task and evaluate the behaviour
and skills of colleagues to gather as much information as possible before taking a decision.
We adapt quickly to new situations, explaining them with a rational logic mind.
We pay attention to the interpersonal dynamics and behaviour but how can we take the right decisions
whilst neglecting the influence of the unconscious emotions, drivers and personal motivations? To react in a responsible way,
I´m convinced that it is very important to know as much as possible about oneself
and being aware of the dynamics laying underneath.
Any solution is depending on what basis it was taken. As Paul Watzlawick put it:
"If the only instrument you know is a hammer, than all your problems are nails."
